Sea Ribbons Wrap Ring (oxidised)
Hand crafted in Silver using the Mitsuro Hikime method of creating models using beeswax then cast with the ancient technique of “Lost Wax Casting”. This ring is beautifully stylish and wraps around the finger very comfortably. With its open nature it means it is slightly flexible in its sizing too.
Oxidised ro enhance the texture and layers.
‘Sea Ribbons’ is a collection inspired by fronds of seaweed getting washed up on the shore and drying into different shapes like little sculptures made by the sea and sun.
I started making sea inspired rings over 20 years ago. They have been described as reminding people of times they have spent by the sea and wearing the rings makes them feel closer to sea, wide skies and salty air.
Comes in a gift box ready to be presented to that special person!
All online orders also come in a paper gift bag with a polishing cloth, jewellery care instructions and a small organza bag of seashells collected from my local beach.
