Order Acceptance Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify a formal acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. Marion Miller Jewellery reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline the order or, in the case of stock shortages, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Should this happen I will contact you to discuss any changes to your order before proceeding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Credit Cards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can pay for your order by credit or debit card. I use secure payment services provided by PayPal, so you can be sure that your card details are protected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Personal Cheques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If paying by cheque, please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All our prices are shown in GB Pounds (Sterling).  When you reach the checkout any shipping charges will be added to give you the total amount to be paid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

VAT, Taxes and Duty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Marion Miller Jewellery is not currently VAT registered, so there is no VAT on any prices.  I have to pay VAT ourselves on Royal Mail or Courier services, but as a non VAT registered company, I cannot issue you with a VAT invoice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Delivery and Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I accept returns if goods are faulty or damaged or if I ship you the wrong product or even if you just change your mind. However, there are some limits and restrictions on our return policy so, for the full details, please check the Delivery and Returns section of our General Information page<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Typographical Errors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Marion Miller Jewellery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price. Marion Miller Jewellery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Marion Miller Jewellery shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
