UK Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Royal Mail Special Delivery is \u00a38.95 and is fully insured and tracked for your peace of mind. Royal Mail doesn\u2019t guarantee next Day Delivery from Scottish islands but most of the time things arrive the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free Special Delivery for orders over \u00a3150. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tracked 24 is \u00a33.95 and although it insures up to \u00a375 it does NOT cover jewellery. Choose this for a cheaper option and tracking but remember your item is not NOT INSURED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t charge extra delivery charges for additional purchases and I only charge what Royal Mail charge me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special Delivery requires a signature so please make sure there is someone there to sign for your parcel. Royal Mail should leave a card but if they do not, please contact me immediately if your parcel is delayed so I can track it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

International Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For all international orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked and is insured to the value of the item. The cost for this is  \u00a316.50 for Canada, Australia and New Zealand. I do not charge extra for additional items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SHIPPING TO THE USA Postage to the USA is \u00a319.50 and it includes the extra handling fee that has to be paid when posting. I contact all customers individually to check in about any small extra costs in connection with import tarriffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the new GPSR regulations in the EU  I along all other small businesses in the UK now face issues shipping to Europe including Northern Ireland. Please contact me prior to ordering to discuss options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that delivery times can vary a lot, depending on local postal services and whether a parcel gets delayed in customs. Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of you, the customer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I hope you are happy with your new piece of jewellery. However if you aren\u2019t entirely satisfied I am happy to offer an exchange if the piece is returned in its original unworn condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please contact me first to arrange the return. When sending your item, please make sure it is packaged well (in a jiffy bag or similar) and use a tracked service. I regret I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bespoke commissions are exempt from this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If one of my items breaks due to normal wear and tear, I will repair or replace the piece and cover the postage. Please note that normal wear and tear of a jewellery item is determined at my discretion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Packaging & Gift Wrapping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All items are packaged in one of my branded gift boxes ready to give as a gift. I always put things in a sealed plastic bag to avoid tarnishing. For gifts you can take it out of the bag if you want to display it in the gift box but I recommend keeping the little bag as well. The best way of keeping things from tarnishing is in a sealed bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I always put satin ribbon round each box so they are ready for gifting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can ship gifts directly if you want and even add a little note. Just add a different address for delivery and add a message at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each order also gets a free anti tarnish polishing cloth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of my new boxes and inserts are Eco friendly and either made from recycled paper or paper from Sustainable Forests.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ring sizing can be a tricky business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All my rings are made using UK sizing. However, converting these to US or European sizing is not a problem \u2013 I\u2019ve included a handy conversion guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best way to get your ring size is either to call into a local jeweller and ask if they could tell you your size or to order a ring sizer from me. They only cost \u00a32.50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have purchased the ring sizer I will send you a discount code that will take the cost of the sizer  and postage off your ring purchase. It\u2019s valid for 3 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other options are to send me a ring that you know fits and which I can then use to size your new one. I will then return your original ring along with your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
